Email hello@quietreel.com within 14 days of delivery and point to where the render deviates from the scene plan you approved. You choose: a corrective re-render (fastest, usually) or a refund of the month if it's your first video.
Every video includes two re-render rounds. Most "this isn't right" moments are a one-round fix — a scene image, a re-read line, a pacing change. Re-renders never cost extra within your two rounds.
Cancel any time, self-serve, no retention flows. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep everything already delivered and any banked videos until they expire (unused videos roll forward one month, maximum bank of two months' allotment).
Delivered videos that match their approved scene plan after your re-render rounds are used. We'll still talk — but a video that matches its approved plan is rendered as specified.
Refunds go back the way they came — to your original payment method.
